You can call Honey Dee a 16-year-old girl on a mission, but she'll tell you she's "a woman with the mind of a champion". This spunky teenage heroine is not afraid and determined to stand up for what is right. She has no problem with speaking the truth and standing to those who others may be afraid of. She is set out to free Greedville from Dubious Diction's control. Honey Dee spends a lot of her time battling this greedy, slick, corrupt businessman. Thanks to a commercial by former Presidents Bush Sr., Clinton and Bush Jr. as well as Al Gore, Honey Dee discovers the possibilities of the Internet. She becomes extremely tech-savvy and Mr. Hoot gives her the nickname "Computer Angel". She uses her brain to outsmart and defeat the villain.

Honey Dee, who describes herself as "Teen Something", is extremely kind and hospitable to her friends. She is always a fair listener and sees both sides to every story. It is for this reason that she is well liked by all who know her. Her friends often come to her for advice, especially Tad the Frog, who constantly tags after her. Got a question? She inspires her friends to create the Dotcomers Café as a gathering place for individual thinkers, small businesses, activist organizations, and "the little guy" to harness the populist power of the Internet. She owns and operates the Dotcomers Café. Her weakness for helping the weak and vulnerable as well as her friends often gets her in tight spots. Sometimes she is a bit too trusting as opposed to personalities like Parkee, who can be a bit cynical but often needs saving himself.
